I’m Cristina (she/her), a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who is passionate about helping you rediscover joy and connection through food.
I take an approach rooted in intuitive eating and whole-person wellness. Our sessions are guided by what matters most to you; no rigid checklists, no judgment. Just compassionate, personalized support to help you build a sustainable relationship with food, your body, and your values.
Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and heard in our work together. That’s my goal: to be someone you can talk to openly, who meets you where you are, and who helps you feel grounded in your healing process.
