How It Works

  • Join the group that matches your due-date season  

    • Spring babies- March, April, May due dates 

    • Summer babies- June, July, August due dates - Currently Enrolling for Summer 2026 Due Dates! Starts 2/10/26

    • Autumn babies- Sept, Oct, Nov due dates - Currently Enrolling for Autumn 2026 Due Dates! Starts 2/12/26

    • Winter babies- Dec, Jan, Feb due dates 

  • All groups meet monthly from 1st trimester through the end of the 4th trimester (up to 15 total monthly sessions) - Join your season anytime!

Disclosure: This group is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). This is a non-covered service, including for clients receiving in-network care, and is not reimbursable by insurance.

$35.00 per monthly session (15 sessions). Pay in full and get 3 free sessions ($420).

Seasons of Pregnancy is a virtual nutrition education & support group for expecting moms facilitated by a Registered Dietitian and an IBCLC. Groups are organized by due-date season (Spring, Summer, Autumn, or Winter). You’ll learn alongside others who are in the same stage of pregnancy (plus 4th trimester!) as you, sharing similar changes, questions, experiences & community.

  • How nutrients support your baby’s growth, and what foods contain these nutrients.

  • How adequate nutrition can support your mental health during pregnancy and postpartum.

  • Easy, nutritious recipes and meal ideas for pregnancy and postpartum

  • Gentle strategies for managing nausea, food aversions, heartburn, stabilizing blood sugar, constipation, gas, etc.

  • Support for cravings: how to honor them and be adequately nourished

  • Practical tips for iron intake, constipation relief, and third-trimester digestion

  • Nighttime snacks, mocktails, and fun foods you can actually enjoy

  • Body image support as your body changes during and after pregnancy

  • prenatal and postpartum guidance on breastfeeding and pumping nutrition (including milk supply myths and facts)

  • Planning for the 4th trimester: make-ahead freezer recipes, foods that support milk production, asking your village for help

  • Postpartum “in the trenches” support: quick grab-and-go foods, breastfeeding and pumping education, and easy eating routines

  • Simple menu planning for pregnancy, maternity leave, and going back to work 

  • Introduction to starting your baby on solids, safely and confidently

  • Access to an RD and IBCLC for questions and concerns
